Shipping Time Frames & Pricing (Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes, Locked bags or other postal boxes). 

Your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Please account for this time in addition to shipping times.

Express shipping available. Please get in touch for a quote based on your country. 

For Australia, all taxes are paid at checkout and incur no further costs. 

For other international countries, there may be duties, taxes, VAT or other fees incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Argent and Co does not have any control over these fees and we are unable to advise what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note that we are not able to reimburse you for duties, taxes VAT or any other fees set by your country upon delivery.

Please note that Argent and Co is unable to refund or replace any orders that have been lost or stolen after successful courier delivery. 

We cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to modify or change items or details.

Shipping times are indicative and may vary according to peak holiday periods, courier volumes, weather, traffic etc. The shipping times do not include weekends, public holidays and other unforeseeable circumstances on the courier's end.
